Oliver Levy

Oliver founded the business in 2018. He has over 15 years of experience across global M&A, equity and debt capital markets.

Oliver has advised Founders, Private Equity and Corporate clients throughout Europe. He has worked on over 40 closed deals across sell-sides, carve-outs, buy-sides, joint ventures, mergers, LBOs, IPOs, private placements and minorities.

Oliver was previously at UBS Investment Bank where he held a variety of roles, prior to which he worked in Private Equity at Arcapita. He holds a MA (hons) degree from Oxford University.
